1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the Vibe application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior
Vibe maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users. You agree NOT to use Vibe to post or transmit content that:
- Is defamatory, discriminatory, or promotes hate speech.
- Contains bullying, harassment, or threats of violence.
- Depicts explicit sexual content, nudity, or gratuitous violence.
- Infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Any user found violating this policy will face immediate, permanent termination of their account without prior warning. Content will be permanently removed.
3. User Moderation and Reporting
Vibe provides built-in tools allowing users to block abusive individuals and flag objectionable content. The Vibe Team will review flagged reports within 24 hours and take decisive action, including the revocation of user access.
