1. Information We Collect and Why

To provide the core functionality of Vibe, we require access to specific device capabilities. We strictly collect only what is necessary:

• Precise GPS Location: Vibe is a location-based social map. We require precise location data to map real-time social energy, determine territory control, and ensure that Vibes are posted accurately within designated geographic zones (50-meter radius requirement).
• Camera and Microphone: Essential for generating and capturing the core user-generated content (photos and videos) that fuels the Vibe experience. We only access these sensors when you explicitly initiate the capture flow.
• Push Notifications: Used to notify you of critical app interactions, such as when your territory is contested, when someone likes your Vibe, or when you are dethroned as the Legend of a location.

2. Zero Data Brokering

Your data belongs to you. The Vibe Team strictly guarantees that your personal information, including location history and media, is never sold to third-party data brokers, advertisers, or marketing agencies. Data is used exclusively to operate and secure the Vibe platform.

3. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings menu within the Vibe app. Upon initiation, your data is completely destroyed from our active servers, not merely soft-deleted.
